GTL Roof Rack

In the autumn of 2018, before HAN 4L had their first go at the Trophy rally, had a clean slate to work on their newly bought R4. They deemed it necessary to install a new roof rack. Nathan Gaté was assigned this task and delivered what you currently see on the car.
The design meant to represent a teardrop shape with the addition of a glass fiber shell to least impact the aerodynamic performance of the car. This got idea got shelved however after time ran short.
Mounting the roof rack to car in this case was done by bolting it directly to the roll cage therefore going through the roof. The sealant around the mounting points is a rather new addition however…
